Summary

Join Halcyon, a leading cybersecurity company, as a Project Manager and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of cross-functional projects. You will manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment. This role demands strong communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. Experience with cross-functional teams and project management tools is essential. Halcyon offers a remote-native work environment and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, 401k, and flexible PTO.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project or program management
  • Emotional intelligence. You read a room. You know when to nudge, when to support, and when to step back
  • Strong project management skills and a knack for making things happen without making it a grind
  • Exceptional communication—written, verbal, and everything in between. You listen as well as you lead
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders without relying on hierarchy or pressure
  • Comfort with tools like Jira and Confluence, but focused more on outcomes than platforms

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end management and successful delivery of projects—from initiation through execution, rollout, and ongoing monitoring—ensuring continuity, accountability, and a seamless handoff across all phases
  • Own expectation-setting, timelines, deliverables, and communication across cross-functional teams - keeping everyone informed, engaged, and moving forward
  • Facilitate clarity: translate complex inputs and shifting priorities into actionable, documented plans without losing sight of people or purpose
  • Help teams navigate ambiguity and change with confidence and calm
  • Identify risks and roadblocks early—and lead with solutions, not stress
  • Host the type of meetings people want to attend
  • Stay one step ahead—clearing paths, removing blockers, and making space for the team to do their best work
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to understand the “why” behind the work—and keep that front and center through delivery
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager to shape and drive success for our early-stage Project Management Office, contributing to the development of foundational processes, tools and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cybersecurity
  • Familiarity with internal operations teams, including RevOps
  • Experience with Agile, but not overly dogmatic about frameworks

Benefits

  • Comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents
  • 401k plan with a generous employer contribution
  • Short and long-term disability coverage, basic life and AD&D insurance plans
  • Medical and dependent care FSA options
  • Flexible PTO policy
  • Parental leave
  • Generous equity offering
