Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in project management, successfully delivering complex projects within the SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Clickup, Asana, Monday.com MS Project)
  • A proactive and results-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including members from product, engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to ensure project objectives are met
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation strategies and solutions to ensure project success
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project expectations, progress, and changes to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Process Improvement & Methodology: Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices within the organization
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered to a high standard of quality, meeting the defined objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) is highly desirable
