Project Manager

Summary

Join LeapPoint, a digital advisory firm, as a Project Manager specializing in SaaS implementations. You will serve as a strategic partner to clients, leveraging your consulting expertise to deliver and implement Connected Work® programs. This remote position involves managing large or complex projects, preparing project plans, tracking progress, and reporting to stakeholders. You will also identify and manage risks, coordinate with sales teams, and perform project administration tasks. The ideal candidate possesses 1-3 years of client-facing project management experience and resides in the UK. Approximately 10-20% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage large or complex projects for one or more clients
• Prepare project plans and manage delivery of the project according to this plan
• Track project and provide regular status reports to project team and key stakeholders
• Identify and escalate any potential changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget
• Identify and effectively manage potential risks
• Manage communication and engagement relationships with the client and LeapPoint senior team members to ensure the project is delivered to the specifications within the contract
• Coordinate with the Sales/Account team to facilitate the transition of the engagement from the sales phase to the delivery phase
• Perform basic project coordination and administration activities, such as maintaining a project plan in Workfront
• Define resource requirements and manage resource availability on your projects
• Manage budget based on requirements and track costs (including hours tracked by team members) to deliver project on budget

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managing projects related to Workfront, integration, AEM, process optimisation, etc is desirable, but for the right candidate not essential
