Summary

Join Open LMS as a Project Manager in the Professional Services team, where you'll gather insights, build strong connections, and ensure exceptional customer experiences from start to finish by communicating effectively, forecasting resources, monitoring performance, applying best practices, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying risks, tracking project hours and costs, managing technical and content-related EdTech projects, and leading project teams.

Requirements

• Has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineer, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills
• Action-oriented and driven by data
• High skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets
• Experience in the Higher Education sector
• Knowledge in sales operations
• Be flexible with schedule, be able to work for different time zones
• Self-paced courses certifications
• Project Management experience in Higher Education sector
• Experience working with customers of different countries

Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their expectations align with project deliverables and timelines
• Forecasting and managing resources to achieve project goals efficiently
• Monitoring project performance to find areas for improvement
• Applying best practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and tracking it for each project
• Identifying and reporting potential risks and issues early
• Tracking project hours and costs accurately
• Managing technical and content-related EdTech projects
• Working closely with people managers to allocate the right team members for each project
• Leading project teams to achieve successful project outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams
• Familiarity with custom development for Moodle
• Proficiency in Spanish
