  • Demonstrated success in marketing-related project delivery—content development, digital distribution, and measurement
  • Driven and highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things done efficiently
  • Deep understanding of project management stages and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid), and the discipline to keep all parties aligned
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change; able to operate in environments without complete information and drive clarity
  • Strong business acumen and ability to grasp and communicate the value of our products and services in the client’s context
  • Experience being a change agent, driving internal improvements while delivering for customers
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • Tech savvy – comfortable with technology, knowledgeable about websites, content creation, distribution, and performance measurement
  • Proven experience managing multi-faceted engagements and large client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, client-centric environment

Responsibilities

  • Understand each client’s goals and develop a corresponding project plan to support those objectives
  • Own end-to-end project delivery—from kickoff through completion—with a strong emphasis on timeline, budget, scope, and quality
  • Act as the primary client liaison, offering executive-level presence and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience
  • Manage multifaceted marketing projects, including content creation, distribution, and performance tracking for clients expanding into international markets or targeting distinct regional or cultural segments within a market
  • Oversee website translation initiatives, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and ease of implementation
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, creatives, and client stakeholders by clearly defining milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements
  • Solve problems in real time, proactively identifying risks, removing blockers, and developing contingency plans as needed
  • Set and manage expectations with transparency, keeping clients informed with timely, clear, and empathetic communication
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps, recommending solutions, and contributing to change in a transforming business environment
