Requirements

• 3+ years in project management (planning, monitoring, control, decision-making facilitation)
• Proven ability to influence and mentor team members
• Experience in business process design (a strong technical background is a plus)
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Proven project management experience in tech/IT companies
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• Familiarity with task boards like Jira, Shortcut, Notion, etc
• English proficiency—Upper intermediate or native level

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to help deliver IT products and services
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information
• Create, manage, and publish project plans and associated documentation
• Manage project risk, scope, schedule, and resource alignment to ensure predictable product delivery
• Track project health and anticipate and intercept cross-functional blockers
• Coordinate the internal work of the design and development teams
