Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager in a technology or R&D environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, tracking multiple workstreams effectively
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of maintaining detailed timelines and ensuring dependencies are managed
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster clear, timely communication among teams and stakeholders
  • Proven experience identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder

Responsibilities

  • Closely track ongoing R&D projects, ensuring timelines and dependencies are accurately identified and met
  • Maintain clear and timely communication on project statuses to stakeholders
  • Actively identify, propose, and implement improvements to enhance team processes and operational efficiency
  • Standardize project processes, particularly around integration development, to ensure consistency and predictability
  • Build and maintain reports that monitor production issues, enabling trend identification and proactive issue resolution
  • Coordinate and oversee deployments, ensuring that projects go out smoothly, reliably, and on schedule
  • Organize team events like demos and planning meetings
  • Ensure work items (tickets, estimates, dependencies) are created, tracked, and executed efficiently
  • Provide overall visibility into project execution and facilitate team accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of delivering products from concept to launch
  • A history of process improvement
  • Fluent in R&D lifecycle
  • Experience briefing exec teams while driving squad accountability
