Summary

Join RebelMouse as a Project Manager to lead and manage project teams, plan and prioritize tasks, and ensure successful delivery of all projects. This role requires close collaboration with crossfunctional teams and involves risk management, client communication, and Core Web Vitals management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in similar roles
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project team with authority and responsibility, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
• Foster team growth in accountability, communication, and process adherence
• Escalate issues to the vertical manager if necessary
• Plan projects comprehensively, considering key aspects such as timelines, scope of work, and budget constraints
• Identify and assess project risks. Promptly flag significant risks to both the company and the client
• Plan and prioritize each step of the project, working closely with the technical team to ensure alignment with project goals
• Ensure a full understanding of the project scope, requirements, and deliverables
• Communicate with clients if delays occur, notifying them of potential risks to deadlines and collaborating to adjust timelines or requirements as necessary
• Take responsibility for coordinating the team or sourcing resources to address escalations promptly. Keep the Escalation chat updated, coordinate execution and QA, and investigate the root cause of issues once resolved
• Ensure RebelMouse’s CMS maintains top performance. Regularly check Core Web Vitals (CWV) results and coordinate with the team to address new issues. Collaborate with stakeholders on plans for improving client performance
• Continuously monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines, budget, and objectives. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
