Remote Global Web Project Manager

Join our team as a Global Web Project Manager to ensure we have the right people in place for all our web-related projects, partnering with developers, designers, and analytics teams to deliver top-notch web activities globally.

Requirements

• A degree in marketing, project management, or a related field
• 5-6+ years of experience in marketing and project management with objectives targeted to acquiring leads, eCommerce sales or add-on revenue (ideally in b2b SaaS/marketplaces)
• Strong project management capabilities using project management tools (Trello, JIRA, Spreadsheets)
• Advanced capabilities to read and provide recommendations based on data preferably, GA4
• Experience working with web design and web development teams
• Familiar with a CMS, preferably Hubspot
• Strong prioritization skills
• Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through
• Insatiable appetite to learn and grow
• You’re fluent in English, and ideally another one of these languages - Italian, German, Polish
• Getting things done' attitude with strong critical thinking

Responsibilities

• Execute web strategy that aligns with the company's goal for lead generation, customer acquisition and retention
• Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels on the website to maximize lead generation, upsell and cross-sell
• Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize website elements, user experience and conversion rate
• Support eCommerce initiatives by working closely with senior PM to maximize eCommerce sales
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools (GA) and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines to ensure deliverables
