Project Manager

Summary

Join Resumedia, a leading B2C SaaS company, as a full-time freelance Project Manager for a 6-month project starting January 2025, with the possibility of extension. You will lead multilingual content projects, manage remote writers, leverage AI tools, create project roadmaps, and standardize workflows. This role requires significant project management experience with multilingual projects, ideally in translation or content, and experience managing remote freelancers. Fluency in English is essential, and the ideal candidate will be located in the Netherlands, though remote work is possible within the same timezone.

Requirements

• Project management experience with multilingual projects, ideally related to translation or content
• 3+ years of experience in large project management (A-Z)
• Experience managing (remote) freelancers
• Knows AI-assisted content and automated workflows
• Speaks English fluently
• Able to invoice as a freelancer
• Is available to work full-time for the next 6 months

Responsibilities

• Lead multilingual content projects from start to finish
• Manage (remote) writers to ensure deadlines are met with top-notch quality
• Leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance content creation
• Create an ambitious, but realistic roadmap to meet the timeline and company goals
• Standardize workflows to ensure a scalable operation
