Summary

Join Rubrik Professional Services as a Project Manager to lead and deliver successful customer projects. You will be the customer-facing point of contact, ensuring project success by meeting defined criteria. Collaborate cross-functionally within Rubrik to gather information, communicate requirements, and achieve project goals. The role demands high-level performance in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple concurrent projects. You will prepare customers for deployment, track deliverables, allocate resources, manage risks, and make effective decisions. Maintain project synergy across multiple teams and perform quality control to uphold expected standards. Adjust schedules and motivate project participants to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

• 5-7 years relevant Project Management experience
• PMP Certification
• 2+ years of experience managing external, customer facing projects
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Google suite
• Outgoing personality
• Willingness to help others

Responsibilities

• Delivering at a high level in a fast paced environment, often driving multiple projects in parallel
• Preparing customers for deployment and tracking deliverables, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
• Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
