Summary

Join Shift Technology's Project Management team as a cornerstone of client relationships. You will manage project delivery, collaborating with internal and external technical teams. Responsibilities include participating in project sales, defining methodologies, validating client requirements, and developing statements of work. You will also contribute to internal strategic projects to enhance company effectiveness. The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of project management experience in IT or insurance, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prior startup experience and PM certifications are highly valued. Requirements

  • Excellent communicating skills, both oral and written; you know how to make complex things feel simple
  • Existing experience (at least 2 years) in project management for IT and/or insurance companies
  • Strong ability to engage with diverse stakeholders on SaaS product–related topics
  • Proven experience collaborating effectively within distributed teams
  • Demonstrated self‑starter with the ability to take initiative and drive work independently
  • Dynamic, curious and eager to learn, always looking to expand your fields of expertise
  • Showing leadership by being proactive and taking ownership of your work; you often come up with new ideas to improve our service quality, and know how to get your teammates behind them
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and simultaneously delivering excellent service to our customers

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our growing team to help increase our footprint in the UK market
  • Manage overall delivery of the solution by linking Shift Technology’s and clients’ technical teams
  • Participate in stages of project selling (define project methodology and organization, validate client requirements, develop SOW, etc.)
  • Play a role in shaping the internal workings of the company by executing on strategic internal projects to help us become more effective as a company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Native English speaker, additional language (French, German) is a plus
  • Being certified in PM certifications such as CAPM, PMP or Prince2 is a plus
  • Prior start‑up experience is highly valued
