Project Manager

Summary

The job is for a Project Manager of Campus Implementations at Stellic, a SaaS platform that empowers students to manage their progress towards degree completion. The role involves managing enterprise implementations, partner experience, relationship management, training, cross-org collaboration, and meeting specific skill and experience requirements.

Requirements

• Experience delivering projects successfully, exceeding objectives within the constraints of time, budget, scope
• Experience with project management tools like Notion, Asana and Google Apps
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience working on the implementation of large and complex enterprise SaaS products

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead projects which involve multiple teams at Stellic, including engineering, integration, and product
• Lead the implementation process, from installation to validation, for an average of 6 simultaneous projects, on-budget while achieving success criteria
• Give partners an amazing onboarding experience, leading to a high NPS
• Be an effective point of contact for partners, gaining their trust and giving them a positive experience in working with you
• Receive high NPS and high adoption from training on our product across diverse roles (advisors, registrar)
• Partner with Sales, Integration, Product, and Marketing to unblock their projects
