Project Manager

Summary

Join Stralynn as a highly experienced Project Manager with a cost accounting background to lead the implementation of the StrataJazz project. You will lead and manage StrataJazz development and support projects, providing technical and functional leadership to the team. Responsibilities include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables; leading quality assurance; ensuring process documentation; monitoring and reporting project progress; managing coordination across working groups; and managing project issues. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience with StrataJazz, strong project management skills, and relevant certifications. This role requires a proactive, service-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Be well familiar with StrataJazz module like Operating Budgeting and Management Reporting, Forecasting and Financial Planning, Cost Accounting, Episode Analytics, Productivity reporting, and Continuous reporting
• Must have managed at least one StrataJazz end-to-end development project in the past
• Have experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
• Be proficient in project management software tools
• Have expertise in maintaining high quality across the project by identifying, monitoring and enforcing adherence to quality metrics for all the stakeholders
• Have a pro-active, service-oriented attitude aimed at avoiding, resolving and minimizing user issues
• Be accurate with a structured approach to data, processes and systems
• Have the ability to conceptualize and think abstractly, and work and manage in a technically complex environment
• Have the ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty and changing priorities
• Have a demonstrated ability to learn; both complex technical concepts and end to end business processes
• Have excellent English communication skills, with demonstrable capability in presentation and interpersonal skills
• Have Project Management including Resource Management and Client Engagement skills
• Have expertise with MS Project, Visio, and MS Office, Confluence and JIRA Tools
• Have solid functional knowledge across StrataJazz product modules
• Be familiar with writing and executing system and user acceptance testing
• Be familiar with user adoption, change management and User training methods
• Have knowledge of agile/scrum project practices
• Be PMP Certified
• Have 10+ years of total IT experience in which 6+ years of PM experience
• Have minimum 6 years of hands-on experience on StrataJazz or Syntellis development in the past

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage StrataJazz development and Support projects
• Provide overall technical and functional leadership to the team
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Lead quality assurance
• Ensure all processes are documented and made accessible to stakeholders so that teams can sustain new processes
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
• Manage coordination across working groups engaged in multiple streams of project work
• Be responsible for all activities related to Project Management including planning, execution, monitoring control and status reporting
• Manage project issues review process and escalating where necessary
• Resolve cross functional issues at project level
• Manage program scope and change control and resource planning
• Manage Customer Stakeholder Management and providing status reports to the project sponsor
