Requirements
- Excellent written English (B2 minimum)
- Proven experience managing small async teams or startups — you’ve shipped things, solved chaos, and kept your cool
- Comfortable with JIRA, Slack, and remote workflows — no need to reinvent the wheel
Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering product updates across multiple platforms (Mac & Windows)
- Writing clear summaries , managing async discussions in Slack, and keeping JIRA + Notion tidy and useful
- Breaking work into shippable chunks and making sure nothing gets stuck
- Keeping engineers focused and unblocked — no micromanagement, just good context and clarity
- Working with real users in mind — this isn’t textbook Scrum, it’s scrappy, fast, and product-led
Preferred Qualifications
You’ve worked on activation systems, cross-platform apps , or messy real-world software challenges
