Project Manager

Summary

Join Suvoda as a Project Manager and contribute to the success of our software development projects. You will develop and manage project plans, track progress, and report status to stakeholders. This role requires close collaboration with development and QA teams to coordinate tasks, resolve conflicts, and ensure project success. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential issues, maintaining project documentation, and streamlining project practices. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing software development projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with project management concepts, principles, and practices
• Solid understanding of SDLC and scaled agile using industry standard methodologies
• Ability to manage projects of medium scope and complexity
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and capability of influencing without authority
• 3+ years of professional experience in managing software development projects

Responsibilities

• Develop project plan with scope, milestones, schedules, and resources
• Track project progress and report project status to all stakeholders
• Manage and track changes to scope, priorities, schedules and resources
• Work closely with development and QA managers to coordinate task schedule and resource allocation, resolve conflicts, and maintain full visibility of multiple projects
• Anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the project
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review
• Identify and mitigate any potential issue that may impact the deliverables of software releases
• Work with development and QA managers to streamline and refine practices
• Perform other duties as required
