Project Manager

You'll be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from roadmap creation to client communication, maximizing the value of Tailor Platform and Professional Services. Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager
• Experience leading projects involving system development for clients
• Skills in discovering and analyzing client issues and translating them into requirements through interviews and data analysis
• Communication skills to engage and motivate stakeholders
• Experience driving development projects with ownership
• Experience launching features in collaboration with engineers on a development team
• Ability to conduct on-site client research throughout Japan as needed
• Ability to work remotely
• Native-level Japanese language proficiency
• Residency in Japan
• At least 6 years of experience as a project manager (Senior requirement)
• Experience leading large-scale projects for various business systems (client size 500+ employees, multi-site) (Senior requirement)
• Experience managing team members (Senior requirement)
• Deep knowledge of a specific industry (Senior requirement)

Responsibilities

• Create roadmaps
• Define requirements
• Manage sprints
• Create and organize meeting materials for clients
• Take responsibility for the entire delivery process of solutions using Tailor Platform, collaborating with Tech Leads, UX Designers, and Developers
• Maximize the value of Tailor Platform and Professional Service through a series of product management processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a software engineer
• Experience in the development or operation of B2B software (packages, SaaS)
• Experience in designing and developing data models and Web APIs
• Experience leading the launch of new businesses or projects
• Experience in product development involving external vendors and partner companies
• Experience in customer journey mapping, UX design, and designing and developing products from a customer perspective

Benefits

• Salary: 9 million to 15 million yen (Senior: 12 million to 30 million yen)
