Project Manager

Summary

Join Trilogy Federal as a remote Project Manager to lead a financial system modernization project for a state agency. You will serve as the primary client contact, overseeing all aspects of project management, including budget, resources, risk, and the project lifecycle. The position is contingent upon award in July 2025, with work projected through November 2025, and a likely follow-on. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6 years of overall relevant experience, preferably leading IT or IT-adjacent projects
• Working experience within state, local, or federal government agencies
• Proven ability to lead a team and effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• An outstanding ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our client in all matters related to project performance and SME support
• Oversee all aspects of project management, including budget oversight, resource allocation, risk management, and project lifecycle management
• Complete all assigned projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
• Lead project team and all technical and business aspects of the project including client interface, presentations – both technical and executive presentations
• Support team members by removing roadblocks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the project is on track
• Coordinate all external clients and subcontractors as well as internal functional requirements for the project

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Hands on experience with CGI's Advantage ERP
• State, Local or Federal experience
