Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree
- 6 years of overall relevant experience, preferably leading IT or IT-adjacent projects
- Working experience within state, local, or federal government agencies
- Proven ability to lead a team and effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- An outstanding ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our client in all matters related to project performance and SME support
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including budget oversight, resource allocation, risk management, and project lifecycle management
- Complete all assigned projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
- Lead project team and all technical and business aspects of the project including client interface, presentations β both technical and executive presentations
- Support team members by removing roadblocks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the project is on track
- Coordinate all external clients and subcontractors as well as internal functional requirements for the project
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- Hands on experience with CGI's Advantage ERP
- State, Local or Federal experience
