Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects and/or programs in complex environments with demonstrated knowledge of Project Management methods and techniques
  • Demonstrated experience: Leading global and cross-functional project teams
  • Communicating project status, daily task management, and proactive issue tracking and resolution
  • Managing multiple and competing priorities and projects
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in global teams and across diverse groups with a common goal (including different time zones and international travel up to 5%
  • Prior experience in PLM/ MES/ ERP Systems delivery or implementation and/ or other R&D related software projects (e.g., LIMS, QMS, PLM, PDM, Modeling/Simulation, o.a.)
  • Experience with GxP validated systems
  • PMP, PMI, or Scrum Master certification
  • Track record delivering projects utilizing various delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) in a global Enterprise environment
  • Participating in the creation and communication of PM best practices and standards
  • Utilizing PPM process for portfolio management and resource commitment
  • Monitoring progress and continually updating relevant business stakeholders of the status
  • Writing/creating scope documents and decision memos
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the creation of project scope, goals, and deliverables that support project goals
  • Defining and creating project plans for project/program prioritization and implementation
  • Building, leading and coaching multiple project teams throughout project lifecycles
  • Assessing and facilitating the resolution of project risks and issues as they are encountered
  • Monitoring financial delivery and issue management processes, being sure to escalate issues and variances to cost, and schedule variances where necessary
  • Tracking milestones and deliverables using MS Project and other appropriate tools
  • Facilitating all operational checkpoint activities throughout the project lifecycle such as requirement analysis, vendor selection, design, development, testing, implementation, and hand-over to post-go-live support
