Summary
Join Vee Healthtek, Inc. as a Project Manager, responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within budget. You will acquire resources, coordinate team members and third-party contractors, and define project objectives while overseeing quality control. This role requires collaboration with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope and goals. You will develop project plans, manage changes, measure performance, report issues, mitigate risks, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Post-project analysis and relationship building are also key aspects of this position. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Management, or a related field (required)
- 3β7 years of project management experience
- Strong familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, JIRA)
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or CAPM certification (preferred)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Must have experience in RCM industry
- Must have global experience
- Strong budgeting and resource allocation skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
