Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in remote settings
- Demonstrated experience managing projects involving tangible products launched in offline retail and Amazon/e-commerce cycles
- Strong cross-functional leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities
- Effective communication and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with product development, marketing, and supply chain processes
Responsibilities
- Schedule and lead meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and well-equipped to meet project milestones
- Identify and allocate necessary tools, personnel, and technology for each project phase
- Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring on-time delivery of each project and product launch alongside our CEO
- Ensure all project plans account for the specific requirements and timelines associated with offline retail and Amazon/e-commerce cycles
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor launches
- Act as the primary liaison between departments and CEO to maintain clear communication, ensuring alignment with retail and online marketplace strategies
- Regularly update CEO on project progress, potential risks, and resource needs
- Guide teams through each phase of the product launch process, ensuring marketing campaigns, supply chain logistics, and marketplace operations are synchronized
- Evaluate current workflows and implement improvements to optimize project management processes, especially for retail and e-commerce channels
- Identify bottlenecks and risks early, proactively addressing challenges related to supply chain logistics, vendor management, and marketplace compliance
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with both retail and e-commerce requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with teams in The US and China is preferred
- Experience in a startup environment is highly desirable
