Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a project manager, project management generalist, or in a relevant role
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems
• Exceptional time management abilities
• Comfortable working on a graveyard shift
• Familiarity with current technologies such as Zoho One Project Management Tool, Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Vault, Stripe, or equivalent tools
• Experience with Shopify, GSuite, and social media platforms
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Outstanding phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Monitor and add potential leads to CRM software
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
• Manage business social media accounts
• Check invoices via Stripe
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
• Conduct research to enhance project outcomes
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required
