• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and budgets
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management software and tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints
• Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide regular project updates. Effectively manage and communicate project expectations to all stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes. Implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and support
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains to drive better project outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master experience
• Advanced degree or certification in project management
• Experience in Life/Sciences industry
• PMP certification or related training
