Requirements

  • Project management experience demonstrating proficiency in scope definition, team leadership, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with Salesforce, including skills in data integration, process automation, dashboard creation, and system customization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and streamline administrative workflows
  • Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related fields

Responsibilities

  • Lead CORE Dealer education initiative and involvement
  • Assist with all tasks related to administering the California CORE Project
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with CORE OEMs and dealers
  • Input new OEMs, Dealers, and Equipment to the Voucher Processing Center catalog
  • Help with monthly data acquisition, validation, and reporting
  • Lead the development of standard operating procedures for internal processes
  • Support in organizing CORE-related workshops, events, forums, presentations, and webinars
  • Assist with other CALSTART initiatives as requested by other teams/departments

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management
  • 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce
  • Experience in sales
  • Experience in the Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) industry or related initiatives
