Requirements

• Solid understanding of PM principles, such as those promoted by the Project Management Institute, an understanding of standard PM Tool Kits such as scheduling, budget control, and risk management
• Exemplary verbal/written communication skills required
• Resilience to dynamic, changing environment where priorities change rapidly and willingness to respond quickly to evolving needs
• Proactive personality ready to step in and find solutions to project issues and escalations

Responsibilities

• Support with the implementation of Digital.ai Products and Solutions in customer environments
• Oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver the agreed upon project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Proactively identify and handle project risks and issues, and implement contingency plans as needed
• Understanding how the project’s technical implementation impacts the customer’s overarching strategic goals
• Ensure that all projects adhere established best practices and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Establish and maintain relationships with key tactical leaders and business implementation leads
