Summary

We are seeking a remote-based Project Manager with experience in change management to conduct a pre-study for an upcoming change management initiative within Belmont Lavan Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive plan, collaborating with stakeholders, and facilitating workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in change management initiatives
• Strong knowledge and understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Ability to gather and analyze data to inform decision-making and develop effective change strategies
• Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions to build change readiness and awareness
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the pre-study phase of the change management initiative
• Develop a comprehensive change management plan
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for the change management initiative
• Identify potential risks and barriers to change and develop strategies to address them
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build awareness and readiness for the upcoming change
• Track and monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Develop and implement communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the change management process
• Evaluate the success of the change management initiative and recommend improvements for future projects
