- Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions to build change readiness and awareness

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the pre-study phase of the change management initiative, including conducting interviews, gathering data, and analyzing organizational needs
- Develop a comprehensive change management plan, outlining objectives, milestones, strategies, and key deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for the change management initiative
- Identify potential risks and barriers to change and develop strategies to address them
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build awareness and readiness for the upcoming change
- Track and monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Develop and implement communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the change management process
- Evaluate the success of the change management initiative and recommend improvements for future projects
