Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the pre-study phase of the change management initiative, including conducting interviews, gathering data, and analyzing organizational needs
  • Develop a comprehensive change management plan, outlining objectives, milestones, strategies, and key deliverables
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for the change management initiative
  • Identify potential risks and barriers to change and develop strategies to address them
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build awareness and readiness for the upcoming change
  • Track and monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Develop and implement communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the change management process
