Summary

Join DataForce as a remote Scheduler and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our data collection project in New York. You will be responsible for scheduling recording sessions, communicating with participants, and managing the daily schedule. This freelance/independent contractor position requires idiomatic fluency in Hebrew and advanced English skills, along with strong organizational and communication abilities. The project is expected to last 4-5 or 8-9 weeks, with a start date of July 14, 2025. You will work approximately 7 hours per day, 5 days a week, with two 8-hour remote training days. The position requires excellent customer service and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Requirements

  • Idiomatic fluency in Hebrew
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Computer skills for tasks such as data entry, report generation, schedule creation and management
  • Great organizational skills needed
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, flexible and able to shift focuses quickly
  • The Scheduler will need a computer or laptop with a stable internet connection and a headset to work on this project
  • Outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills including phone, email, and electronic media communication
  • Experience working in a team
  • Ready to support moderators, project coordinators, and managers at achieving the desired goal

Responsibilities

  • Screen applicants via phone calls and scheduling appointments according to availability
  • Manage the daily schedule and finding replacement participants in case of cancellations
  • Send emails to candidates to guide them through document signing and briefly explaining the purpose of the study
  • Send reminders to candidates to minimize no shows
  • Answer candidates' inquiries via email and calls or redirecting inquiries as needed
  • Provide logistics information
  • Fill the session schedule days in advance and reflecting project changes in scheduling, resource planning files, and study documentation where appropriate
  • Communicate and coordinate with the project team on a daily basis to ensure up-to-date information
