Project Manager, Product Owner

Summary

Join Aequilibrium's team as a Technical Project Manager in professional services, contributing to innovative FinTech and VR projects. This fully remote role, open to North American and LATAM candidates, involves pre-sales project management (75%) including proposal submission, resource planning, and client presentations, and project management (25%) encompassing project delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership. You will manage projects on time and within budget, ensuring high client satisfaction. Requirements

• Have 2-3 years of project management experience managing technical professional services, and digital projects
• Have a track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget while maintaining effective client and team relationships
• Possess highly developed communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Have the ability to work with a diverse range of talents, personalities, and teams
• Have the ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines and maintain a good sense of humor, tact, and professionalism
• Possess analytical and financial skills to forecast and report revenue, expenses, and project completion milestones
• Be technically sound
• Be able to work independently and proactively

Responsibilities

• Submit proposals for potential project work
• Produce estimates into a resource plan
• Support with submitting RFP's
• Set the timeline, budget, and roles for implementing the project
• Participate and support in client pitches and proposals by preparing project budgets, timelines, and related materials
• Lead the discovery meetings with the potential client and the final proposal presentation with a clear value proposition
• Manage and deliver technical projects, products, and apps on budget, on time, on schedule, and to a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Define (with key stakeholders) and manage project scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and communication
• Lead 1 or 2 smaller sized project teams through all phases of the project life-cycle providing coaching, motivation, and inspiration
• Be responsible for project revenue management and reporting
• Effectively interact with clients at a variety of levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in XR/VR or emerging technologies
• Have financial services project experience
• Have Agile Certifications
