Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading IT projects in a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or hybrid role
  • Proven success delivering projects using Agile, Lean, Waterfall, and Iterative methods
  • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, Monday.com, JIRA, and Microsoft 365
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans and timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT initiatives from kickoff to completion using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches
  • Serve as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and proactively clearing obstacles to keep progress on track
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring teams stay aligned on goals, deliverables, and timelines
  • Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors to drive project execution and transparency
  • Identify risks early, manage scope changes thoughtfully, and communicate effectively across all stakeholder levels
  • Champion collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in every phase of the project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CSM, or related certifications preferred
  • Experience with visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel) is preferred
  • Working knowledge of change management practices and cost-conscious project execution is preferred
