Summary
Join Tech Holding, a full-service consulting firm, as a mid to senior-level Scrum Master or Technical Program Manager (TPM). You will drive focused execution across distributed engineering teams in a startup-like environment, optimizing agile delivery and enabling team success. This role involves leading agile ceremonies, managing Jira boards and dashboards, analyzing delivery metrics, supporting release planning, partnering with senior program managers, tracking deliverables, and ensuring sprint goals are achievable. You will also communicate effectively with stakeholders, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and work in a remote-first environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong agile experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead core agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
- Manage Jira boards, sprints, and reporting dashboards to ensure visibility and alignment
- Analyze delivery metrics and team velocity to identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement
- Support release planning and release execution with clear timelines and communication
- Partner with senior program managers on project tracking, resource coordination, and risk management
- Track deliverables across cross-functional teams (e.g., Web/Mobile, Data/Analytics)
- Question estimates, validate dependencies, and ensure sprint goals are achievable
- Set healthy boundaries to mitigate scope creep and protect engineering focus
- Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Promote accountability, psychological safety, and a culture of continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- 4β7+ years as a Scrum Master or Technical Program Manager
- Proven experience with agile transformations and data-driven process improvement
- Expertise in Scrum frameworks and metrics (KPI, CSFs, velocity, burndown, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence , and Agile dashboards
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional collaboration (Product, Engineering, Data)
- Comfortable working in PST time zone and remote-first environments
- Scrum certification required (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Experience in e-commerce or fast-moving tech companies is a plus
- Technically fluentβable to participate meaningfully in engineering discussions
