Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR Business Partnering, business operations, or project management, ideally with exposure to people-related processes
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
Responsibilities
- Support department leaders in structuring their teams in line with people policies and business objectives, directly contributing to AUTO1 Group’s growth strategy
- Assist leaders in managing their staffing budgets, ensuring staffing plans are within budget and support the company’s business goals
- Oversee position management processes: open and close positions, update position details as needed, and ensure positions are available for hiring to support Talent Acquisition activities
- Collaborate on internal staffing processes such as promotions and internal transfers
- Serve as the main point of contact for position management questions, providing timely and helpful support to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in English (written and spoken); additional European language skills are a plus
