Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with woodframe residential construction projects
- Proficient in EnerCalc and Bluebeam
- Strong knowledge of Florida building codes, regulations, and standards related to residential construction
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Fluency in English is mandatory, both verbal and written (C1-C2 Level)
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of woodframe residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project plans
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns
- Lead project meetings and documentation to ensure all aspects of the project are tracked and reported accurately
