Project Scheduler - Construction

Summary

Join CRB as a Project Scheduler III and contribute to the success of our construction projects. This fully remote position, with occasional travel, focuses on developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, providing regular schedule updates and ensuring adherence to corporate standards. The ideal candidate possesses a strong construction scheduling background, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Primavera P6. This role offers the opportunity to offer training and support on scheduling tools and best practices to internal teams. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and up to 2 years of industry experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of industry experience in construction scheduling or project controls
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools
• Knowledge of LEAN construction principles and how they apply to scheduling
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to project sites across the U.S

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain summary-level and detailed schedules for active and proposed construction projects
• Utilize Primavera P6 to create bar chart and CPM schedules in alignment with project and client requirements
• Provide regular schedule updates and reporting to project teams and stakeholders
• Ensure all scheduling activities adhere to corporate standards and contractual obligations
• Offer training and support on scheduling tools and best practices to internal teams
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to ensure schedule accuracy and feasibility

Preferred Qualifications

OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
