Summary

Join our client, a company specializing in innovative business solutions, as a Customer Sales Representative! This fully remote position (9 AM - 6 PM EST) focuses on driving lead generation, setting appointments, and managing the sales pipeline. You will conduct outbound cold calls, leverage LinkedIn and email for prospecting, and nurture leads to secure meetings. Success is measured by the number of meetings booked. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B cold calling, prospecting, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and the ability to conduct outreach through LinkedIn messages effectively
  • Experience in basic email copywriting to communicate effectively and persuasively with leads
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and nurture leads into scheduled appointments
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of coaching yourself to improve performance and results
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with the sales team to meet goals

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and generate new business leads
  • Use LinkedIn and email communication to prospect and establish connections with potential clients
  • Set appointments with qualified leads and ensure proper follow-up through email and LinkedIn messaging
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure leads are effectively nurtured into booked appointments
  • Utilize LinkedIn and email to engage with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
  • Follow up on initial outreach to convert leads into scheduled meetings

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly appointment-setting targets
