Property Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a full-time, remote Property Due Diligence Specialist! This entry-level position involves researching property information using online resources and phone calls, compiling detailed reports, and ensuring clear real estate closings. Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience on the phone (this is not a call center position but that type of experience would be helpful)
• Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1)
• Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail, with strong communication skills
• Ability to work during Colombian holidays to match US schedule (surcharge would apply)
• Distraction-free work environment for home
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to any offer of employment
• Language: English (Required)

Responsibilities

• Contact Home Owners Associations and Management Companies for relevant property information
• Obtain specific time-sensitive documents
• Prepare detailed documentation based on research and reporting
• Perform property due diligence using Google, County Websites, and other online resources
• Call to confirm and obtain information
• Compile reports and send information to clients
• Other duties, as assigned

• Starting Pay Rate: 2.174.000 per month plus full benefits and opportunities for monthly bonuses
• Once training is completed, there is bonus eligibility upon meeting monthly productivity and quality targets. Pay will also increase to 2.500.000 at that time
