Summary

Kiddom is seeking a detail-oriented K-12 Education State Adoptions Bid Writer to prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals for state adoption processes. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in State Adoptions, RFP/RFQ/RFIs, or large scale district HQIM implementations. The role involves leading proposal development, reviewing RFP documents, collaborating with stakeholders, and planning the proposal content. The annual salary range is $60,000 - $80,000. Requirements

• 3-5 years experience working on State Adoptions, RFP/RFQ/RFIs, or large scale district HQIM implementations required
• Strong attention to detail, experience with cross functional collaboration, and operational excellence required
• Strong understanding of the K-12 market, K-12 educational standards, curriculum development, and the state adoption process required

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and participate in other writing projects to support the organization’s mission
• Review and analyze RFP documents thoroughly
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales teams, and other stakeholders
• Plan the proposal, develop a timeline, create content and ensure proposal compliance
