Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management
  • Proven experience in managing security operations across multiple locations
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
  • Experience with security technology and systems
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal security regulations
  • Experience in crisis management and emergency response
  • Experience with International SOS travel risk management and Verkada access control systems

Responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to the development and implementation of regional security services
  • Collaborate across the enterprise with various departments and internal stakeholders
  • Foster mutually beneficial relationships with law enforcement, intelligence, and regulatory agencies
  • Develop and maintain intelligence networks related to threats to regional organizational operations
  • Identify and evaluate threats, risks, and vulnerabilities
  • Provide intelligence-driven subject matter expertise for the benefit of all regional operations
  • Collaborate on security and safety protection protocols for executive protection and events hosted onsite or supported remotely
  • Foster regional awareness of security and build a security-conscious workplace culture through development and delivery of training initiatives
  • Support and conduct site reviews and annual risk assessments designed to optimize protection of all enterprise assets
  • Conduct internal and external investigations including criminal and background investigations
  • Implement efficiency in site security programs and processes across multiple locations
  • Provide immediate response to adverse events across the region
  • Protect people, property, and facilities through integration of technology programs and processes
