Summary
Join Henry Meds as a Provider Operations Associate and support our team of healthcare providers.  You will be responsible for onboarding, ensuring high-quality patient care, and effective communication.  This is a fully remote position with a Monday-Friday schedule (11 AM - 7 PM PST, with a different schedule during the first month of training).  The role requires 2+ years of experience in provider relations and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in provider relations or provider support roles in a healthcare or telehealth setting
 - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 - Ability to interpret data to assist in capacity planning
 - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
 - Proficient in Gsuite
 - Knowledge of telehealth
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment
 - Applicants must be legally able to work in the US without sponsorship
 
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers, answering questions and resolving issues related to the platform
 - Provide training and support to providers on the use of our platform
 - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of provider inquiries and issues
 - Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives
 - Manage provider schedules to ensure adequate coverage for high-demand markets
