Summary

The job description is for a Part Time Sales Supervisor at Marc Jacobs International's Carlsbad Outlet store in California. The role involves partnering with the Store Manager, coaching and developing sales associates, driving own percentage of sales, training POS transactions, opening and closing the store, and handling customer service issues as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years retail experience
• Excellent organization skills
• Customer service skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
• Availability to work a minimum of three (3) weekdays per week and open availability on one (1) day every weekend

Responsibilities

• Partner with and assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store functions - Sales generation, people development, merchandising and operations
• Coach and develop sales associates in the moment while driving sales on the floor
• Drive your own percentage of sales
• Train all POS transactions - oversee customer service issues as needed
• Open and close the store in absence of Store Manager
