Responsibilities

  • Performs highly advanced (senior-level) consultative services and technical assistance work
  • Supports the Executive Administrator, General Counsel, and agency attorneys in administering the Texas Public Information Act for the agency
  • Schedules, prioritizes and responds to public information requests in accordance with agency practices and statutory requirements
