Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing software using Python
• Proficiency in Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or non-relational databases (NoSQL)
• Hands-on experience integrating with external systems, APIs, and third-party services
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and data security practices in API development
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Proactive mindset in identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable software applications using Python
• Apply best practices, design patterns, and cutting-edge technologies in web development
• Participate in technical design and code reviews
• Interpret design requirements and concepts to produce new or enhanced functionalities
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Mentor and guide junior developers

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or OpenStack is a plus
• Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
