Python Django Developer

Summary

Join Encora's team in Brazil as a full-time, work-from-home Software Developer specializing in BE Python/Django. You will collaborate with a skilled team, working directly with clients daily. This role offers significant autonomy to propose solutions, introduce new ideas, and build scalable and secure systems. You will be responsible for developing solutions, improving AWS infrastructure, and participating in all phases of agile development. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience with Python/Django, cloud computing, and various technologies.

Requirements

• Experience with cloud computing (preferably AWS) including provisioning and operations activities
• Experience with Python/Django
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience or knowledge with consuming web services-based APIs (RESTful or SOAP-based)
• Experience with Git
• Comfortable with Linux Environment for development
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases

Responsibilities

• Work in a dynamic team to provide operational solutions for complex architectures
• Raise and discuss trade-offs of different design approaches and elaborate detailed design documents
• Digest requirements from the product team and work on solutions with performance and scalability features for cloud systems
• Improve and maintain AWS infrastructure focusing on security and cost-related aspects
• Develop solution components in partnership with the customer's dev team
• Participate in technical discussions with customer operations and development team
• Follow Agile processes and participate actively in all development phases, fostering a culture of collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge/Experience in Apache Airflow
• Experience with development in Javascript
• Knowledge/Experience with Angular
• HTML and CSS concepts
