Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a remote QA Analyst based in Latin America. You will design, document, and manage test plans, execute various types of testing, and maintain test case repositories. Requirements

  • 3+ years in QA roles with increasing responsibility, focused on manual testing
  • Proven ability to design comprehensive test strategies and coverage plans
  • Experience testing complex SaaS products
  • Legacy Stack: Proficiency in PHP 7, MySQL, Vue.js, JavaScript, and infrastructure hosted on DigitalOcean
  • Modern Stack: Hands-on experience with NestJS (Node.js), NextJS (React), TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS services including SQS/SNS, ECS, and Fargate
  • Testing Tools: Strong knowledge of Playwright, Postman, and TestRail (or similar QA tools)-Your expertise and input will help shape and evolve our QA toolset
  • Deep familiarity with regression cycles, exploratory techniques, and bug triage
  • Ability to advocate for quality and influence engineering/product decisions
  • Strong written communication and QA documentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and manage test plans across teams
  • Execute manual functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
  • Define and maintain test case repositories and coverage matrices
  • Coordinate test efforts across multiple features and releases
  • Run release readiness checks, perform risk assessments, and triage bugs
  • Standardize QA documentation and best practices
  • Partner with engineers to identify where and when to introduce automation
  • Mentor junior QA contributors (analysts or engineers) as the team grows

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fintech, event-driven systems, or regulatory testing is a plus

Benefits

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform
