Requirements

  • Proficiency in software QA testing types: functional, regression, negative, end user, API, and load
  • Openness to learning and experimentation
  • Experience with object-oriented programming
  • Comfortable working with C# and Playwright
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles
  • Familiarity with software engineering concepts and methodologies
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Capable of explaining automation concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in smoke, functional, regression, browser compatibility, and end-to-end testing
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance automation systems and tooling
  • Development and implementation of smoke and regression test suites
  • Expansion of automated test coverage

Responsibilities

  • Oversee QA Automation processes across all projects
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using C#
  • Collaborate with various scrum teams to automate different aspects of our platform as needed
  • Conduct automated testing including functional, smoke, regression, load, and API tests
  • Occasionally perform manual test verifications in complex scenarios requiring team-wide input
  • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams on necessary setup configurations
  • Mentor and guide QA team members who want to enhance their automation skills
  • Develop reusable test cases that allow functionality to be easily adapted or extended without requiring significant changes to underlying classes or components

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Playwright is preferred

Benefits

  • This position will have a base pay between $85,000 - $95,000/year
  • Will be eligible for up to a 5% annual bonus
