Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience specifically with Salesforce.com or SaaS-based applications and AWS development projects
  • 3-5 years experience with hands-on experience with automation tools like Playwright, WebDriverIO, Selenium, etc
  • Proficient in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases
  • Experienced in both white box and black box testing techniques
  • Well-versed in regression testing and capable of documenting and troubleshooting errors effectively
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with a high attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently analyze, estimate, create, and execute testing plans to meet project requirements, leveraging Playwright JS and AI-based testing tools
  • Track discovered incidents meticulously, performing detailed regression testing to maintain system integrity and quality
  • Utilize the latest advancements in Playwright JS, AI-driven Automated Testing, and modern testing frameworks
  • Assist the team in adopting new tools and technologies that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, ensuring best practices in QA testing for AWS-based and other web applications
  • Provide essential troubleshooting assistance during post-release and post-implementation stages
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Maintain and optimize Playwright-based test automation frameworks to deliver fast, reliable, and scalable testing solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Apex
  • Familiarity with performance and/or security testing
  • Knowledge of test incident management software such as Jira, qTest, Zephyr
  • Additional experience with SQL and Data Reporting Tools
