QA Automation Engineer

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience specifically with Salesforce.com or Saas based applications and AWS development projects
• 3-5 years experience with hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, etc
• Proficient in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases
• Experienced in both white box and black box testing techniques
• Well-versed in regression testing and capable of documenting and troubleshooting errors effectively
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with a high attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Efficiently analyze, estimate, create and execute testing plans to meet project requirements utilizing AI and Automated testing tools - primarily Copado
• Track discovered incidents meticulously performing detailed regression testing to maintain system integrity
• Utilize the latest advancements in AI, Automated Testing, and Salesforce. Assist the team in adopting new tools that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, ensuring best practices in QA testing for Salesforce & AWS platform based applications
• Provide essential troubleshooting assistance during post-release and post-implementation stages
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills combined with ability to document & collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively using professional-level English
• Capabilities leveraging AI toward increased efficiency and effectiveness within QA

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python preferred
• Knowledge of Salesforce Apex preferred
• 3-5 years of experience with Automation tools like Copado and ROBOT framework is preferred
• Familiarity with performance and/or security testing is advantageous
• Knowledge of test incident management software such as Jira, qTest, Zephyr
• Additional experience with SQL and Data Reporting Tools is beneficial
