Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to define and execute testing strategies. Your responsibilities include defining QA and test automation strategies, planning and executing manual and automated tests, designing and maintaining automated test scripts, monitoring test results, documenting processes, and providing optimization recommendations. You will also collaborate with the development team and lead the design and implementation of automation testing processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator. This position requires 3+ years of experience in manual and automation testing, experience with Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Robot Framework, and knowledge of source control management.

• Have experience in source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc

Responsibilities

• Define and establish QA and test automation strategies, processes, and frameworks for the company’s web and software products
• Plan, schedule, and execute manual and automated tests for both front-end and back-end services to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Design, develop, and maintain stable, reusable automated test scripts to simulate realistic user interactions and behaviors across both web and mobile platforms, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and reliability
• Monitor and evaluate the results of automated and manual tests, preparing detailed status reports for stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables
• Document all testing processes and continuously improve the tools, architecture, and environment of the automation framework
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing test automation tools and processes to enhance efficiency and robustness
• Collaborate with the development team to identify areas for automation and ensure effective implementation of solutions
• Lead the design, implementation, and review of automation testing processes to drive continuous improvement in product quality
