QA Automation Specialist

Summary

Join our dynamic team as a skilled QA Automation Specialist! This fully remote position, open to candidates in Mexico or LATAM, is a 6-month project. You will define and implement robust testing practices, contributing to scalable QA strategies. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in QA automation, UI test automation, and CI/CD integration. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role
• Proven experience designing unit testing strategies and framework
• Strong experience with UI test automation and building reusable templates
• Solid knowledge of integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and practices
• Experience consolidating test metrics (Unit, API, UI, Manual)
• Advanced English communication skills
• Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Define and implement unit testing and UI automation strategies
• Build reusable UI automation frameworks and GitHub-hosted templates
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Centralize and document testing metrics and processes
• Ensure long-term maintainability through detailed documentation
