QA Engineer

Requirements

• Have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer or in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
• Be comfortable testing web applications and ensuring they work smoothly for users
• Have an experience in clarifying business requirements
• Be skilled in designing, executing, and reporting on test cases, with a strong focus on thorough and effective testing strategies
• Be comfortable documenting and troubleshooting issues, providing clear feedback to developers and stakeholders
• Have a solid understanding of various testing methods, techniques, and types (e.g., functional, regression, usability, etc.)
• Enjoy working in an Agile environment and collaborating closely with developers to keep things moving quickly
• Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Be comfortable with English (B2+), and can work effectively with teams across different locations
• Have an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities, enabling you to quickly identify issues and find effective solutions
• Have experience with SQL and are comfortable running queries to verify data and troubleshoot issues

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams in the US, Mexico, India and Ukraine to solve complex challenges of product integration and simplification of tech stack
• Perform thorough functional testing for new features
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify new feature requirements
• Diagnose and report issues and defects based on test failures
• Work independently and communicate with the various teams involved with the release process and testing
• Fully participate in the testing process through the entire lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in working with test management systems (Zephyr/TestRail etc.)
• Experience in working with ticket/document management systems (JIRA/Confluence)
• Hands on experience with test automation processes
• Experience in working with/testing GraphQL/REST API
