QA Engineer

Requirements

• Experience in software quality assurance and manual testing
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both functional and exploratory testing
• Solid knowledge of SQL for validating data integrity
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Manually execute test cases across different platforms and document results
• Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs, ensuring they are tracked and resolved
• Perform regression testing to verify fixes and updates do not introduce new issues
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to refine requirements and identify potential risks early
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manual testing
