QA Engineer (Mid-level)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a QA Engineer closely with product teams
• Strong coding capabilities in PHP, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript and comfortable with test automation for web browsers and REST web services
• Knowledge with Playwright or Robot Framework
• Experience with GIT as a version control system
• Familiarity with CI/CD: GitHub Action or Jenkins
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes, ability to choose the best approach and drive it’s implementation for particular project
• Working closely with Devops crew to define and keep requirements, acceptance criteria and the definition of done
• Identify the best approach and level to cover a new features (unit, integration, components, end-to-end, etc)
• Work closely with application development and other technical teams to understand how changes in the software product affect the maintenance of test scripts
• Reporting and documenting technical issues
• Fluent English (minimum B2 Level)

Responsibilities

• Triage: working as responsible for the Product Defect Flow process
• Enabling: working directly with Product team helping them to improve their process, to overcome obstacles and create value regarding quality
• Engineering: working on the creation and evolution of tools and automation frameworks that will support the work of our Engineering & Product team
• Helping to spread the QA culture and implement changes in software development to ensure the quality of our products and achieve a trouble-free experience for our users
